Responsibilities

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to formulate the annual training strategic plan.

2. Design and develop training curricula, encompassing both traditional In-house Training and E-learning modules.

3. Facilitate New Employee Orientations and lead workshops focused on essential Soft Skills.

4. Coordinate with external keynote speakers and manage all logistics, including venue selection and technical equipment preparation.

5. Manage compliance documentation, including course certifications and training expense submissions to the Department of Skill Development.

6. Evaluate training effectiveness and KPIs to ensure knowledge transfer and practical application in the workplace.

7. Administer and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in Training or Learning & Development (L&D).

3. Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverses audiences.

4. Proficiency in regulations and procedures regarding the Department of Skill Development.

5. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

6. Fluency in English or Chinese is highly preferred and will be given special consideration.
