Responsibilities
1. Manage employee relations and maintain positive labor–management relationships in a large-scale manufacturing / electronics factory.
2. Handle employee grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor law.
3. Advise managers and employees on labor relations, discipline, and workplace issues.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations.
5. Support employer branding, employee engagement, CSR, and community relations activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Communications, or related fields.
2. HR Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR.
3. Experience in a large factory or electronics manufacturing environment.
4. Strong knowledge of labor law with good communication and conflict resolution skills.
5. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese will be given special consideration.
