Responsibilities
1. Push the improvement of SMT AOI/EOLI/OQC related station quality abnormalities.
2. Lead the weekly quality meeting to push PL and improve product yield.
3. Analyze/ statistics product defect rates and report to factories and customers.
4. Prepare OQC shipment reports to ensure shipment quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Provide on-the-job training for internal.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate fluently with European and American customers.
2. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and proficiency with quality management tools, including the 7 Basic QC Tools, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure product compliance and operational excellence.
3. Familiar with SMT manufacturing process.
4. Proficient in using office software.
5. Good communication and expression skills, good at analyzing and solving problems, clear thinking and strong logic.
6. Those with experience in PE/QA/PQE/CQE within electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
