2. Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms.

3. Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries to meet required timelines.

4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.

6. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.

7. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Planning, Warehouse, Production, Accounting) regarding purchasing needs.

8. Maintain accurate purchasing records and update ERP/SAP or procurement systems.

9. Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

10. Solve issues related to delayed shipments, quality discrepancies, or other procurement problems.

11. Prepare reports related to purchasing activities for management review.

2. Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP systems.

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills with full professional proficiency in English or Chinese.
