2. Participated in the quality advance planning and identified the key points of quality control.

3. Supervise and assist the quality improvement work of various departments.

4. Responsible for the introduction of new product quality assurance system.

5. Responsible for training factory personnel on quality assurance requirements and quality assurance system knowledge.

6. Responsible for the identification, management and organizational improvement of factory quality risks.

 Financial Incentives & Allowances

1. Overtime Pay (OT): Calculated in accordance with labor laws and company policy.

2. Travel Allowance: 35 THB per day (Eligible when working more than 4 hours per day).

3. Diligence Allowance:

3.1) Month 1: 500 THB bonus for perfect attendance.

3.2) Month 2: 1,000 THB bonus for continued perfect attendance.

4. Salary Adjustment: Performance-based salary review upon completion of the 119-day probation period.
