Responsibilities

  1. Get materials requirement plan and lead meetings to review materials shortage with team base on weekly forecast and daily production plan.
  2. Lead new project materials shortage review .
  3. Responsible for excess inventory/slow moving parts review and following up on the disposition process.
  4. Implement material changes based on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with buyers and follow up on the consumption of inventory prior to the change.
  5. WW inventory site balance review and arrangement.
  6. Familiar with SAP PP&MM modules. Regularly review key parameters related to MRP such as safety time or buffer stock. Monitor and report any abnormal situations during MRP runs.
  7. Material pull signal control.
  8. Possess skill in data analysis.

Qualifications

  1. ***English or Chinese Communication Only***
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong technical skills in Excel and Power BI, with a proven ability to manage data integrity and develop visual analytics.
  4. Solid background in ERP environments with functional knowledge of warehouse management and global/domestic logistics.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effectively coordinating with diverse teams to align on quality standards and operational goals.
  6. Proven detail-management skills, ensuring precision in inventory records, ERP data entry, and complex logistical coordination.
