Responsibilities
Job Description:-
1. Develop and design innovative travel itineraries tailored to client requirements, generate interest, and successfully close sales.

2. Communicate effectively and coordinate seamlessly with international land operators.
3. Serve as a tour escort when necessary.
4. Provide and book a variety of services for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and more.
5. Collaborate with, update, and follow up on tasks with various internal departments.
6. Regularly update travel plans and offer clients detailed, personalized travel recommendations.
7. Advise clients on travel routes, fare rules, promotions, and travel requirements.
8. Coordinate with airlines, agencies, and suppliers to secure the best services for customers.
9. Prepare travel-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and itineraries.
10. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Qualifications:-
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizing and coordinating international tours.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in European and Asian travel routes.
- Basic understanding of flight ticketing and visa application processes.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills, dedication, perseverance, and a strong commitment to the role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas for international tour routes.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Competence in using computer software to create documents and sales materials
