Responsibilities

• We are a new company looking for a person who are experience in Human Resource environment. Our business will start to operate in early of 2021 while in this time we are on preparing either work process, organization structure, JD, company regulation or recruitment.

• To promote HR organization to support company growth either having right people and competence people to support each department.

• Analyze jobs in each position with the department to determine duties and responsibilities and determine the qualifications of the position.

• Plan and specify methods of recruitment and selection

• Setting up a system of wage and compensation Welfare And labor relations

• Setting up an employee training and development.

• Setting up a portfolio management system in relation to performance evaluation and compensation payout.

• Well manage to Employee Relation and active an activity with employees.

• Responsible to general administration and safety.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, 35-45 years old / Thai Nationality only ·

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or relate.

• At least 8 years working experience in HR environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management level.

• Experience in both trading and manufacturing will be advantage·

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving, result-oriented and customer focus.

• Good English communication skill.
