Responsibilities
• Plan and create content for online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website) with a focus on creativity and engagement
• Write captions, articles, video scripts, and other content that communicates the brand effectively to the target audience
• Collaborate with the graphic design and marketing teams to produce content aligned with brand identity and strategy
• Analyze content performance (reach, engagement) and use insights to improve future content
• Track online trends and conversations to create timely, share-worthy content
• Build and manage a content calendar for consistent, well-organized posting
• Review content for accuracy — language and information — before publishing
• Propose new campaign or activity ideas to boost follower engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Media, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Creativity and basic proficiency in photography and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Strong content and caption writing skills, with an understanding of social media platform nuances.
- Awareness of current online trends; a sense of fashion or lifestyle is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 0-3 years of experience in content creation; recent graduates with a portfolio are encouraged to apply.
