Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and activities in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the fashion and textile sector.
- Coordinate marketing communication plans with Content Creator and Graphic Designer teams.
- Maintain a consistent company image and brand identity across all platforms.
- Prepare essential sales materials, including company profiles, presentations, and introductory documents, to support the sales team.
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing promotional activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, preparing reports and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional marketing experience; recent graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, and market analysis.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work requirements.
- Experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or the manufacturing business is a plus.
