Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for the executive's daily operations.
- Manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare all necessary materials.
- Prepare reports and data summaries, presenting key information to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor progress on projects and key tasks as assigned by the executive.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare data related to the company's operations.
- Manage and organize important documents and information for the executive.
- Coordinate the executive's special projects, including system development or AI adoption initiatives.
- Handle general purchasing tasks on behalf of the executive.
- Support general administrative and management tasks, along with other special assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable with a professional demeanor, capable of working closely with executives.
- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Relevant experience is a plus.
