Sales Support

– Research and qualify B2B leads (brands, wholesale buyers, sourcing agents)

– Support outbound outreach — emails, LinkedIn, trade directory prospecting

– Maintain and update the CRM / prospect tracking sheet

– Prepare client-facing materials: capability decks, quotation summaries, sample tracking

– Follow up on enquiries, sample requests, and pending quotations

Marketing & Content

– Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Line OA

– Support production of lookbooks, line sheets, and B2B marketing materials

– Coordinate photoshoots and product imagery with the creative team

– Track content performance and report monthly metrics

Trade Shows & Events

– Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up for trade shows

– Help coordinate buyer meetings and sample presentations

– Compile post-event lead lists and ensure timely follow-up
