Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Record sales transactions, issue invoices/tax invoices, follow up on customer payments, and prepare outstanding receivables reports
• Accounts Payable (AP): Record and verify purchase documents, expenses, and payables; process billing and prepare payments on schedule
• Record daily accounting entries and prepare accurate, complete documentation in line with accounting standards
• Prepare and review month-end closing documents and preliminary financial statements
• Prepare tax reports (VAT/PND) and file on time
• Reconcile bank and other accounts on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with auditors and relevant government agencies
• Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, or a recent graduate with strong foundational knowledge.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Express, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and basic tax regulations.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
