Responsibilities
- Translate documents, emails, reports, and correspondence from Chinese to Thai and English as required.
- Convert Chinese language communications into Thai for internal stakeholders and business operations.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, conference calls, and negotiations with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
- Ensure all translations maintain accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness in both language and tone.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information during all translation work.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of multilingual documentation and records.
- Support the administrative team in managing communication with international partners and suppliers.
- Liaise with various departments to clarify technical terms and context, ensuring precise translations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent command of Chinese language, with HSK 5/6 preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work overtime or on holidays when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
