Responsibilities
- Provide counter services.
- Process administrative documents related to all service fees, including checking claim documents and supporting disbursement processes.
- Facilitate ASP labor fee claims for in-warranty services.
- Respond to all customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Coordinate and follow up on job statuses with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong Chinese language skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
