Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and reliability of facility systems: HVAC/cleanroom AHUs, chillers, compressed air, DI water, chemical delivery, electrical distribution, UPS/generators, plumbing, fire protection.

• Develop, implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS; prioritize backlog and spare parts strategy.

• Plan, manage and execute facility projects and CAPEX (cleanroom upgrades, capacity expansions, utility upgrades) including scope, scheduling, vendors, and commissioning.

• Ensure compliance with cleanroom/contamination control standards (ISO 14644), environmental permits, building codes, electrical codes, and EHS requirements.

• Lead contractor selection, supervision and performance management for MRO and project work.

• Manage facility budget, operating costs, energy management and CAPEX proposals; identify cost saving and energy efficiency opportunities.

• Coordinate emergency response, business continuity, and preventive safety programs (lockout/tagout, gas detection, confined space, fire safety).

• Support production and quality teams on facility-related investigations (contamination, ESD, humidity/temperature excursions); lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Recruit, train and lead maintenance and facilities staff; set priorities, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN/5S).

• Maintain documentation: procedures, maintenance records, calibration logs, asset registers and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications :

Educational background:

Building management, engineering (civil/electrical/mechanical), business administration, or related field.

Work experience:

At least 5 years of experience in PCB Manufacturing, building management, maintenance, or property management.

Professional certification:

A professional engineering license is required.

Management Skills:

• Budget management: Ability to create budgets and control expenses to meet targets.

• Leadership: Ability to manage a team (maintenance staff, building management assistants).

• Crisis management: Skills for solving immediate problems and responding to emergencies.
