• Manage core Human Resource Management (HRM) functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Labor Relations, and Visa & Work Permit processes.
• Oversee and implement the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically ERP on HRM Modules.
• Administer Human Resource Development (HRD) and Human Resource Organizational Development (HROD) modules such as Salary Structure, Job Structure, and Succession Planning.
• Review, establish, and ensure the effective implementation of HRM and HRD policies.
• Coordinate with the team on other specific HROD modules.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Age 38-45 years.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Food & Hospitality industry is a plus.
