Responsibilities
We're looking for a warm, organized, and quick-learning team member to be the heart of our learning center - the person students and parents trust, and the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Be the friendly first point of contact for students and parents - via chat, phone, and in person
• Share course information and help families find the right fit
• Coordinate class schedules, makeup sessions, and teacher availability
• Prepare lesson materials, print worksheets, and get the classroom ready before each class
• Support marketing efforts - follow up with prospective students, photograph classes, and help with basic social media posts
Qualifications
• Genuinely enjoy being around kids and understand how to connect with them
• Communicate clearly and warmly - in Thai and English
• Pick up new tools and workflows quickly
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Are patient, reliable, and naturally service-minded
• Good in Excel, Google Calendar, and Canva (or learn fast)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education, administration, or customer service is preferred
