Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (Recruitment and Selection)
- รับผิดชอบการเบิกจ่ายค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ (Compensation and Benefits)
- บริหารจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน และข้อมูลงานบุคคล (HRIS)
- ประสานงานเอกสารใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู
- ต่อ VISA / Work permit
- จัดทำสรุปรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเสนอฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
- นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีหรือเครื่องมือใหม่ ๆ เพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงระบบงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
- จัดทำและทบทวนนโยบายและระเบียบปฏิบัติให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรม บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงาน พระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ในระดับดีมาก
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน ทั้งการพูด อ่าน และเขียนได้ในระดับดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง การโน้มน้าวใจ และการให้คำปรึกษา
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความยืดหยุ่น ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี

About โรงเรียนกำเนิดวิทย์
PTT Group, the largest energy and petrochemical conglomerate in Thailand (www.pttplc.com), is committed to improving Thailand’s scientific and technological capabilities through human resource development. As part of that commitment, the PTT Group–funded Power of Learning Foundation established a STEM-focused high school, Kamnoetvidya Science Academy (KVIS), which opened in May 2015.
KVIS offers an advanced and specialized curriculum to grade 10–12 students. To ensure that instruction fits the needs of each individual student, teachers give lessons to classes of only 18 students at a time, and the school maintains a student-to-teacher ratio of 6:1. KVIS is designed for a total enrolment of 216 students and each year, after a rigorous selection process, admits only 72 high-ability students and awards them all full scholarships.
Enabling these high-ability students to reach their full potential as researchers, inventors, and innovators is KVIS’s mission. In recognition of 21st century needs, the academy uses English as its primary medium of instruction. After receiving an education in English, KVIS students can adeptly access the global web of knowledge and confidently communicate and collaborate with like-minded youth from across the world.
KVIS is in the Wangchan Valley Research and Education Park, located in eastern Thailand’s Rayong province approximately 150 kilometers southeast of the capital of Bangkok. Situated among lush, green hills covered in fruit, palm, and rubber trees, the campus environment is conducive to learning and to a high quality of life for both students and teachers.
