Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Maintenance Supervisor (Total preventive) -

1. To control preventive maintenance, maintenance, repair, overhaul, problem solving, fault analysis of machines & equipment to ensure high availability and reliability.
2. Able maintenance of machines, build, electrical.
3. To control, monitor and improvement of machine, equipment for efficiency, reduce downtime and improvement of MTBF & MTTR.
4. Planning and Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring effective implementation.
5. To control optimum spare parts and spare parts are not shortage.
6. To control safety in maintenance jobs and supplier jobs.
7. To control histories maintenance records of machines and other documents of total preventive maintenance.
8. To control and advise to maintenance team as well as problem solving any problem.
9. To improvement / Kaizen activities for reduce energy, cost, anti accident and other.
10. Other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Male age 40-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
3. Knowledge in Solid work, Auto CAD, or other concerns.
4. Experience in 5-7 years in maintenance supervisor.
5. Have a good understanding of Injection machine, TPM, PM, PLC.
6. Have a knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
7. Strong to problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactive and team work.
8. Leadership abilities, including the ability to instruct and coaching team.
