Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Understand project briefs, objectives, key messages, and required deliverables before starting production.
Plan and execute video shoots independently, from pre-production through on-site filming and post-production.
Strong hands-on videography skills, including camera operation, shot composition, lighting, and audio recording.
Capture high-quality footage for events, retreats, ceremonies, activities, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
Conduct interviews confidently, including preparing questions, communicating with interviewees, and guiding conversations to capture meaningful content.
Identify key moments and proactively capture the right footage based on the project brief and intended storyline.
Direct and coordinate on-site shoots with participants, guests, speakers, monks, and relevant teams.
Edit footage into engaging, professional content that communicates the intended message and meets the project brief.
Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and other digital platforms.
Add subtitles, graphics, music, sound, and other creative elements as required.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Marketing Team, and relevant stakeholders throughout the production process.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Media Production, or a related field.
Strong experience in both photography and videography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut is a plus.
Solid understanding of video production workflows, including filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production.
Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Good English communication skills, particularly in listening and reading.
Candidates with fluent English communication skills will be given special consideration.
A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
Be able to edit VDO through smart phone is an outstanding.
