Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues across the organization.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Assist in the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and system integration.
Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and external vendors to resolve connectivity issues.
Support network security initiatives by implementing and maintaining security protocols and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in network support or related IT roles.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
