Responsibilities

  • Evaluate IT processes on a regular basis, identifying areas where the targeted process metrics are not reached, and holding regular benchmarking, audits, maturity assessments and reviews.

  • Responsible for creating, initiating actions and managing IT Service Improvement Plans to manage improvement initiatives. Set targets for improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness throughout the entire IT service lifecycle

  • Works with IT and business customers to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate and complete of IT Service projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, Monitor and summarize progress of project to management.

  • Responsible for work as assigned

Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in related fields.

  • 2-4 years’ Experience in IT Service Role

  • Good command in English

In this role, you will play a key part in the continuous improvement of IT processes and service delivery. You will regularly evaluate existing IT processes, identifying areas where targeted metrics are not being met, and conducting benchmarking, audits, and maturity assessments to drive enhancements. You will be responsible for creating, initiating, and managing IT Service Improvement Plans, setting clear targets for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the entire IT service lifecycle. Furthermore, you will collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize improvement opportunities. You will also coordinate and ensure the successful completion of IT service projects on time, within budget, and scope, overseeing all project aspects from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and summarizing outcomes for management.
