Key Responsibilities
1.Provide Japanese–Thai–English interpretation to support daily communication in the factory
2.Coordinate between Japanese management, production teams, and related departments
3.Interpret during routine meetings, follow-ups, and general workplace communication
4.Translate general documents such as emails, meeting summaries, and coordination-related materials
5.Support smooth day-to-day operations through effective communication
6.Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field with Japanese language background)
2.Good Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above; N1 preferred)
3.Fluent in Thai and basic English
4.At least 1 year of experience in interpretation or coordination with Japanese staff
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6.Professional attitude and able to maintain confidentiality
