Sale Manager – Industrial Food Machinery - บริษัท เอ็ม แอนด์ อี ฟิตติ้งอินเตอร์ซัพพลาย จำกัด

Key Responsibilities
 1. Sales & Business Development
        •       Implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets. 
        •       Conduct visits key decision maker customers (Plant Directors, Engineering Managers, Procurement Heads), presentations, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and solutions.
        •       Promote and sell filling machinery for beverage – liquid product industry (monobloc unit) and related processing equipment. 
        •       Coordinate with our Italians company partners to develop customized solutions.
        •       Follow up on projects from initial inquiry through commercial offer, negotiation, order confirmation, installation, and after-sales service.
        •       Prepare sales report to General Manager and Italian company partners.
        •       Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars.
2. Sales Team Management
        •       Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
        •       Monitor sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and project progress.
        •       Support sale team for machinery technical specification.
        •       Develop and maintain an effective customer database.

Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering (or a related technical field).
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or project management specifically for European or the leading beverage filling machinery.
•  Solid understanding of high speed/rotary filling machinery , fluid dynamics, isobaric/counter-pressure filling, hot filling – ultraclean- aseptic technology.
•  Strong negotiation, presentation, communication with management team of customer.
•  Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with Italian company partners.
•  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•  Willing to travel oversea with customers to visits Italian company partners for FAT/ general visit.
•  Must possess a valid driver’s license, a personal car, and the flexibility to travel frequently to factory sites across Thailand (Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, etc.).
