Responsibilities
Provide compliance advisory support to business units regarding KYC/CDD and AML regulations.
Support the implementation of AML programs.
Initiate continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of AML processes.
Collaborate with operations, product and support teams to improve company’s mechanisms, processes, and tools.
Develop, implement, and update AML/CFT policies and procedures
Oversee AML/CFT operations, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, and escalation of suspicious or high-risk activities.
Prepare compliance reports and present key regulatory matters to management.
Perform others ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, or related functions within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines issued by AMLO
Comprehensive understanding of international AML/CFT standards
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to explain complex compliance matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
