1. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain all IT hardware, software, network infrastructure, and operating systems (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Network/VPN, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business applications).
2. Provide end-to-end IT Helpdesk Support (On-site & Remote) to employees, resolving hardware, software, user access, and network connectivity issues promptly.
3. Manage user accounts across all platforms (Onboarding & Offboarding), maintain up-to-date IT Asset Inventories, and manage software licenses.
4. Ensure data security, perform regular backups, system updates, and enforce corporate cybersecurity policies across local operations.
5. Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers for IT procurement, software renewals, equipment maintenance, and escalated technical services.
6. Communicate, collaborate, and report work progress or technical projects directly to the overseas foreign manager in English via Email, Teams, Zoom, or Slack.

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
3. Strong proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), OS (Windows/macOS), and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
4. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for meetings, coordination, and reporting to overseas management.
