Responsibilities
- Receive new model information and conduct GEMBA to review current processes for new model implementation.
- Design and develop suitable processes for the new model, including mass production preparation.
- Prepare standard documents and work instructions for process control.
- Plan and control the budget related to new model development.
- Handle problem-solving activities during the preparation phase and mass production stage
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any related field in Engineering.
- Experience in Assembly Engineer any related field would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English communication (Toeic score minimum 600 is required)
- Able to use Ms office, Digital tools would be advantage
