Responsibilities
- To check pre-alert, request and coordinate for information with customer
- To prepare & submit Customs Import Entry
- To coordinate Import Duty outlay
- To coordinate between shipping & transportation and update customer on deliver status
- To prepare customer report
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Good knowledge in Customs Clearance process & BOI (สามารถทำใบขน, ดูพิกัดได้ และมีความรู้ BOI)
- Fair command of English spoken/written
- Good computer skill (Microsoft office)
- Experience in Dangerous Goods Cargo would be an advantage
