Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sea Freight Import Operations Intern to join our logistics team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sea freight import operations, shipping documentation, and cargo coordination. It is a fantastic opportunity to understand the end-to-end supply chain, port logistics, and build a strong foundation for a career in international freight forwarding.



Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

  • Prepare, review, and process import shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Manifests, Delivery Orders (D/O), and Arrival Notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with custom regulations.

  • Coordinate with container transport providers, port terminals, ICDs (Inland Container Depots), and shipping lines to handle inbound cargo, container release, and local truck delivery.

  • Assist in checking and verifying Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations, MSDS, and specific handling requirements for imported hazardous or specialized cargo.

    • Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Maritime Business, or a related field.

    • Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken, read, and written English.

    • Attributes: Hardworking, self-motivated, and determined attitude.

    • Internship Duration: 4 to 6 months (starting in October 2026).
