Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Customer Service and related parties regarding import shipments
- Submit Customs Entry and Delivery Order (D/O) to port authorities for cargo verification
- Check cargo at customer warehouses and match with import documentation
- Prepare Wharf Survey Slip and related documents for cargo release
- Monitor cargo status and coordinate with transportation teams
- Handle import customs clearance processes and attend cargo inspections with customs officers
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- 2–5 years of experience in Customs Clearance or Freight Forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of Customs Import regulations and Harmonized Code (HS Code)
- Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and cargo inspection processes
- Good coordination skills with customs officers and related government agencies
- Basic computer skills
