Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas agents to arrange shipments and follow up on shipment status
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and progress information
- Monitor import shipment schedules and arrival status
- Check and verify import documents
- Send pre-advice to customers and customs clearance teams
- Receive documents from airlines and inform customers for collection
- Prepare customer invoices for billing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing records
- Prepare job summaries and close shipment files
- Handle operational issues and provide solutions for daily operations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3–5 years of experience in Air Freight Import or Freight Forwarding operations
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
