Responsibilities
- To implement warehouse work instructions for supervisor, forklift, loaders and administration
- To execute work according to warehouse quality procedures
- To execute work according to warehouse work instructions
- To set up internal KPI for performance evaluation
- To be responsible that the warehouse and all related operations are always according to the internal, customer and legal standards
- To implement and execute regular inventory cycle counts
- To control regular maintenance service of all equipment, e.g. rack, forklifts, office equipment, WMS hardware, WMS software, etc.
- To execute rules according to the contingency plan in case of emergency
- To report regularly to the GM Logistic Operation about all major issues, e.g. with support of warehouse reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field
- At least 10 years experience in logistics & warehousing operation
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
- Good Computer literate, Warehouse Management System
- Having leadership, negotiation and staff management skill
- Work well under pressure
- Good understanding of IT issues i.e. WMS
- Familiar with rules and regulations about warehousing
- At least 3-5 yrs for forwarding business.
