Responsibilities
- Finalization volume of material, order number & shipment creation, and arrange export shipment by SAP. Handle day-to-day logistics operations, shipment plans, and daily shipment status.
- Handle day-to-day logistics operations, monitor shipment plans, and track daily shipment statuses.
- Coordinate with respective manufacturing plants on tolling-related matters to ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
- Ensure that shipment creation complies strictly with the inventory methods required by the customer, specifically FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out)
- Prepare a full set of export customer invoices, commercial invoices, and any other export documents required from the SAP system. You must also upload these shipment documents into SAP.
- Direct and conduct the transportation team, warehouse team, and export customs clearance team to set up shipments and process the necessary paperwork
- Monitor the shipment plan against the actual status (ATD & ATA) daily, and update FTZ (Free Trade Zone) and other concerned information in SAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in International Business & Logistics.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same or similar position. Experience in international freight forwarding (Sea export) is required.
- Pleasant personality, energetic, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with various levels of staff.
- Basic ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, Compliance, SAP, and Standard Outbound SOP.
