Officer Customer Service - Onsite - บริษัท เลสชาโก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

- Book cargo space with carriers and verify invoice rates.  
- Prepare and consolidate documentation (Export shipment summary, invoices, packing lists, etc.) and distribute to carriers and LS SECC.  
- Verify and confirm $B/L$ from carriers and coordinate document pickup.  
- Send shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, OBL, DFT form, packing list, etc.) to overseas consignees via courier. 
- Monitor shipment status and maintain customer system records.  
- Prepare, consolidate, and verify shipping documents before submitting to LS SICC/AICC. 
- Provide shipment instructions (FTA privileges, safety regulations, delivery deadlines, special inquiries).  
- Submit online LPI applications (FDA, DLD). 
- Track shipment status and provide updates to the onsite customer. 

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in customs clearance, DIW, and customer service.
- Operational computer systems, basic ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 compliance.
