Job Responsibilities

External Communications

• Produce press releases, press conferences and publicity content covering the company, its products and major activities.
• Manage the company's external communication channels, including the website and other media.
• Create content tailored to each target audience — investors, customers, external agencies and the media.
• Coordinate with media, government agencies, event organisers and partners to disseminate company information.
• Support Investor Relations (IR) with documents or images that need external publication.

Internal Communications

• Prepare announcements, news bulletins, messages from management and other employee-facing content.
• Design internal campaigns and activities such as ESG training, WINMED CARE GREENS and CSR activities.
• Keep internal communication consistent in direction and build a strong corporate image among employees.

Event and Project Communications

• Support company events: health-check caravans, project launches, award ceremonies and other key activities.
• Write scripts, MC scripts, speeches and post-event summary content.
• Design supporting media for events — posters, promotional signage — and prepare post-event wrap-ups.

Coordination and Support

• Coordinate with Marketing, IR, HR, Product teams and executives.
• Manage the communications plan so it aligns with corporate strategy.
• Compile data and produce communication performance reports — engagement, awareness and monthly reports.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

• Number of years not specified in the JD form — to be defined. (Suggested: 2–5 years in corporate communications, PR, or media/content work, with exposure to a listed company or IR environment an advantage.)

Skills

• English: listening, speaking, reading and writing all required — proficiency level not yet specified in the form.
• Computer skills: not yet specified in the form. (Suggested: content production tools, basic graphic design for posters and signage, website content management, MS Office.)
• Writing and editing across formats — press release, executive message, script, speech, event summary.
• Content design suited to different audiences.
• Stakeholder coordination across internal departments and external media, government agencies and partners.
• Reporting and measurement of communication results.
