Responsibilities
Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging
Basic Salary Range: 80,000 +++
Location: Bangkok
Responsibilities:
• Create innovative packaging design
• Responsible for developing and monitoring R&D plans to meet organizational needs and policy
• Responsible all of the R&D activities
• Manage end-to-end packaging project development
• Research new sustainable materials and packaging
• Propose material changes with innovation to achieve cost saving and environmental goals
• Lead packaging innovation with sustainability initiatives
• Draft Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Team management
Qualifications
• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Material Science, Engineering or other related fields
• Some years of experience in R&D packaging and manufacturing process
• Having Packaging Technology knowledge is a plus
• Good command of English and good presentation skill.
