• Collaborate with Business Owners to provide business solutions, and consult with company management to address a broad range of issues related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s work systems and organizations. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • process improvement,
  • New Technology with work systems,
  • staff and resource utilizations and requirements,
  • performance measurement and management,
  • organization,
• Lead the review of existing policies and processes to assure adherence; seek opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction by improving processes where necessary.
• Leverage research-based process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma) to design, develop, document, and assist in implementing standard processes.
• Analyze workflow to identify areas of opportunities and possible solutions for achieving increased productivity or efficiency.
• Identify, assess and recommend technology related to business process improvement.
• Lead, drive and strategic development and execution of processes improvements, quality management, provider management and change management activities to ensure added value to the company through effective process definition to assure stability and mass processing, quick and efficient project execution, high levels of innovation in compliance with the Group Guidelines.
• Actively and hand-on in leading team that acts as internal consultants which identify and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, reduce OPEX, increase operations generated revenue, and mitigate losses (incl. interfaces to e.g. external providers, internal units, and provider management responsibilities)
• Initiate and lead Innovation Project related to High Technology Machinery for cost saving purposes

• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Manufacturing/ Engineering or any related fields
• Direct experience in Process Improvement/ Innovation Project
• Experience in international business process
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office
