Responsibilities
Industry: Food Trading/ Consumer Products
Basic Salary Range: 120,000 +++
Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Execute new market opportunities in China
• Business Expansion Plan
• Initiate Market Penetration in China
• Financial Calculation Techniques to improve sales
• Planning, Manage, Implementation and Measurement activities of response market to create products brand awareness both short and long term of market penetration.
• Completely development for availability and visibility in area as per target.
• Develop gross profit contribution for responsible area.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plan for response market including price, assortment policy, distribution policy according to operation expense budget.
• Analyze, Monitor and update market information, competitor’s activities and consumer expectation to set up and effective company brand strategies.
• Realize volume, value and distribution targets as agreed in plan, within activity and promotion budgets.
• Plan, Monitor and evaluate agreed commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Male/ female
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/ Business Administration or other relevant fields
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Consumer Products/ Food & Beverage or other related industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership presence
• Candidate with international exposure experience is preferable
• Ability to communicate in Chinese fluently
