Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, selection, and hiring. Monitor and optimize recruitment budget utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and workforce needs aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and manage appropriate recruitment channels, while analyzing and evaluating sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate the preparation of employment contracts, verify candidate documentation, and ensure accurate and timely data entry throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monthly hiring summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability to attract high-quality candidates.
- Propose and implement improvements to recruitment processes, hiring workflows, and related documentation to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
- Plan and coordinate onboarding activities, including first-day orientation, to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Partner with HRBP and line managers to design and implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs tailored to specific roles and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance to new hires and managers on expectations, communication, and probation evaluation processes.
- Develop and execute structured onboarding programs aligned with job roles to enhance employee integration and engagement.
- Collaborate with HRBP to monitor employee experience, collect feedback, and address concerns during the first 6–12 months of employment, acting as a liaison between new hires and managers.
- Recommend and drive improvements in HR processes to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
- Manage resignation processes, including documentation, system updates, and stakeholder communication for Bangkok-based employees.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriates, including application, renewal, and compliance with Thai labor and immigration regulations, while coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and organizational policies related to employment and HR management.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as HRIS and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal/external stakeholders.
- Analytical and data management skills with the ability to interpret and present insights.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
- Adaptability to organizational changes and evolving business needs.
