Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and coordinate customer orders for general can products.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor data to develop business strategies.
- Ensure continuous follow-up on both new and existing customer orders.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, resolving issues in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock availability and forecast weekly and monthly sales in collaboration with Sales Coordinators.
- Collect and relay customer issues to the R&D team for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Gather detailed information for the onboarding process of new customers.
- Participate in and support KPI achievement to meet company goals while contributing to corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration ,Management ,Economic Business or any related field.
- At least 5 years of Experience in Sales Executive
- Have Experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of computer Software,Ms Office
- Good command of both spoken English Language in Sales Executive
- Have a driver's license and can drive cars
