Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน
1. ควบคุมดูแลประสานงานและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของ แม่บ้าน รวมทั้งรับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ แจ้งต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
2. ติดตามและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่ได้รับร้องเรียนในเรื่องการแจ้งซ่อมต่างๆ
3. สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบสัตว์พาหะ (Pest Control) ประจำเดือน ร่วมกับ Supplier รวมทั้งรับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ แจ้งต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
4. ควบคุมดูแลร้านค้าโรงอาหารบริษัท รวมทั้งรับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ แจ้งต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
5. สนับสนุนการจัดประชุมประจำเดือนร่วมกับแม่บ้าน และ ร้านค้าโรงอาหารบริษัท
6. ประสานงานปิดจบข้อเสนอแนะสวัสดิการร่วมกับคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการ
7. จัดเตรียมสถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรมของแผนกและกิจกรรมของบริษัท
8. ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา กรณีมีการดำเนินการในพื้นที่บริษัท รวมทั้งรับข้อมร้องเรียนต่างๆ แจ้งต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
9. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามระเบียบปฏิบัติระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร
10. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อกำหนดในระบบอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
11. ตระหนักและปฏิบัติงานภายใต้การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพ 9001 / BRC / 14001 / 45001 /ฮาลาล และระบบมาตรฐานอื่นๆ
12. เข้าใจและตระหนักถึงร่องรอยสัตว์พาหะ และ การเฝ้าระวังสัตว์พาหะในบริษัท
13. ติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานราชการและชุมชน

Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดการ นิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงระดับหัวหน้างานมาก่อน 2 ขึ้นขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงาน
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถประสานงานร่วมกับแผนกต่างๆได้
- สามารถลำดับการทำงานได้ตามความสำคัญ และความเร่งด่วน
- มีความมั่นใจ กล้าแสดงออก ชอบนำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ๆ
- สามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ (Multi-tasking) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
