Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the company's cash flow, including inflows and outflows, to ensure optimal efficiency and maintain adequate financial liquidity for the company and its affiliates.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, ensuring all expenses comply with company policies.
- Monitor and control credit lines to maintain appropriate liquidity levels, overseeing billing, cheque collection, and follow-up on overdue accounts receivable.
- Manage and develop the capabilities of subordinate team members, ensuring effective communication of company policies, procedures, and goals within the team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support executive decision-making and align with overall corporate direction.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and external agencies to ensure optimal financial efficiency and benefits for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP system is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPA will be considered a strong advantage.
