Plan and manage HR development initiatives to align with the organization’s strategies and goals.

Design and manage Skill Matrix, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Competency Assessments (CA) to enhance employee capabilities across roles.

Develop and implement Career Path and Succession Plans to ensure long-term organizational growth.

Lead and oversee Organizational Development (OD) projects, including Culture Building, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development initiatives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of HR development programs and report outcomes to senior management.

Promote a learning culture and support activities that enhance employee collaboration and engagement.

Manage the HRD team, ensuring alignment with development plans and efficient management of the departmental budget.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in HRD, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong expertise in developing and managing Skill Matrix, IDPs, CA, and conducting Gap Analysis.

Proven ability to plan and manage HRD projects effectively and strategically.

Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and team management skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Proficient in English, particularly in HRD-related communication.
