Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s quality assurance strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage the QA team in monitoring raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure conformance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, BRC).

Design and continuously improve quality inspection protocols and testing procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce quality-related costs.

Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address and resolve quality issues across the value chain.

Supervise internal and external audits, including customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.

Develop training programs and promote a quality-first culture within the organization.

Evaluate supplier quality performance and coordinate improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Prepare and present quality reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

In-depth knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, BRC, HACCP, or other industry-relevant frameworks

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical quality control (SQC) tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with external stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software; experience with CAD or technical drawing interpretation is a plus

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage for international coordination
