Responsibilities
-ให้การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ IT และโปรแกรมภายในองค์กร
-ดูแลการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ผู้ใช้ปลายทาง (End User Support) ทั้ง Hardware และ Software
-ติดตั้ง แก้ไข และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง
-ดูแลและจัดการผู้ใช้งานระบบพื้นฐาน เช่น การสร้าง แก้ไข และยกเลิกสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน
-ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Vendor) ในการแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ IT
-ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะปัญหา IT ให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการที่กำหนด
-จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน IT เช่น คู่มือการใช้งาน และบันทึกการแก้ไขปัญหา
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
-วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Support หรือ Helpdesk อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
-มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการใช้งานระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และโปรแกรมสำนักงาน
-มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการให้บริการผู้ใช้งาน
-สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และสื่อสารกับผู้ใช้งานได้ดี
-มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
-มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Infrastructure / Network
-มีประสบการณ์ดูแลหรือใช้งาน Active Directory / Firewall
-มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านระบบเครือข่าย (LAN / WAN / VPN)

Apart from Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, Fuso, Mazda, Suzuki, Nissan, Ford and Honda genuine part , we represents many other world renowned brands such as Mayphil Liner from England, AAA nut & bolt, Kyodo Yushi Grease, Three-bond, Musashi oil seal from Japan and Cromard Liner by Laystall in England. Plus those that are manufactured locally e.g. Daikin clutch, Tokico shock absorber, KYB shock absorber, CJ ball joint, ETC.
From our automotive sale experience and our distribution expertise with over 1,500 customers mostly retail part-shop nationwide, we diversified into manufacturing where we established Schvakon Co., Ltd., and ISO 9001-2015 certified organization, to develop and produce automotive filter. We market our filter under Power-S brand, where we stressed heavily on quality material and high standard manufacturing techniques, which we drew from our experience in dealing directly with our customers. In addition to our own Power-S brand we also manufacture and distribute other distinguished brand such as Proserv filter, Max Pro filter and many other well recognized brands.
