Senior Cloud Security Engineer - บริษัท ฟิวชั่น แอดวานซ์เทค จำกัด

• รับผิดชอบการติดตั้งและ Deploy โซลูชันด้าน Cloud & Cybersecurity ตั้งแต่การ Configuration, Integration, Testing จนถึง Go-Live

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค รวมถึงประสานงานกับ Vendor และทีมต่างประเทศเพื่อ Escalation

• Integrate ระบบ Identity & Access Management เช่น AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2 และ ACL

• สนับสนุนการติดตั้งและบริหารจัดการโซลูชันด้าน Endpoint, Network และ Cloud Security

• จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้ง Configuration และ Implementation ให้ครบถ้วน

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Presales, Project Manager, Technical Team และ Customer เพื่อให้การส่งมอบงานเป็นไปตามแผน

• ปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ของลูกค้าตามความเหมาะสม

Required Qualifications:

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Security Operations หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 4–5 ปี

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cloud Platform อย่างน้อย 1 ระบบ ได้แก่ AWS, Microsoft Azure หรือ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับพื้นฐาน Cloud Security เช่น IAM, Network Security, Firewall/Security Groups, Logging, Encryption, Monitoring และ Least-Privilege Access

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Container และ Kubernetes เช่น EKS, AKS, GKE หรือเทคโนโลยีที่เทียบเท่า

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหา Linux และ Windows Server

• มีความเข้าใจด้าน TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, Routing และ Network Connectivity Troubleshooting

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Incident Troubleshooting, Log Analysis และ Root Cause Analysis

• สามารถปฏิบัติงานตาม Technical Procedure, Runbook และ Implementation Guideline ได้

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถอธิบายปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้ทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานด้านเทคนิคเข้าใจได้

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยเฉพาะด้าน Technical Communication และการประสานงานกับลูกค้า/ผู้ให้บริการ

• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน Onsite และเดินทางไป Customer Site ได้ตามความเหมาะสม

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cloud Security Solutions เช่น CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, CrowdStrike หรือเทียบเท่า

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SIEM / Security Monitoring เช่น Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM หรือเทียบเท่า

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Kubernetes / Container Security หรือ Vulnerability Management

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer-facing, Technical Support, Consulting หรือ Implementation

• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Automation / Scripting เช่น Python, PowerShell, Bash หรือ Terraform จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มี Certification ด้าน Cloud หรือ Cybersecurity จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เช่น

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty

• Microsoft Azure Security (AZ-500 / SC-100)

• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer

• CrowdStrike Certification

• Kubernetes Certification (CKA / CKS)
