Responsibilities

- ควบคุมและดูแลงานโครงสร้างเหล็กของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

- ตรวจสอบ Structural Drawing / Shop Drawing / Fabrication Drawing

- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบงาน Steel Fabrication & Erection ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ

- ตรวจสอบงานเชื่อม (Welding) งาน Bolt Connection และงานประกอบโครงสร้างเหล็ก

- ตรวจสอบ Material Certificate, WPS, Welder Qualification และ Inspection Report

- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของงานโครงสร้างเหล็กก่อนและหลังการติดตั้ง

- ตรวจสอบแนว ระดับ และตำแหน่งของโครงสร้างเหล็กหลังการติดตั้ง

- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายออกแบบ ฝ่ายก่อสร้าง QA/QC และผู้รับเหมา

- ติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงาน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- สนับสนุนการจัดทำและติดตาม RFI / Technical Query / Site Instruction

Qualifications

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Steel Structure / Structural Engineering / Steel Fabrication & Erection

- มีประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ EPC / โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- สามารถอ่านและตรวจสอบ Structural Drawing, Shop Drawing และ Fabrication Drawing ได้

- มีความรู้ด้านงานเชื่อม งาน Bolt Connection และการประกอบโครงสร้างเหล็ก

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน AISC / AWS / ASTM หรือมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- สามารถใช้ AutoCAD ได้เป็นอย่างดี

- หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์โครงสร้าง เช่น STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 หรือ ETABS ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความรู้ด้าน Welding, Bolting, Steel Fabrication และ Steel Erection

- จัดทำเอกสาร MS และ ITP ได้เป็นอย่างดี

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่องแคล่ว (ฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน)

รับผิดชอบดูแลและควบคุมงาน โครงสร้างเหล็ก (Steel Structure) ในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า ตั้งแต่การตรวจสอบแบบ งาน Fabrication ไปจนถึงการติดตั้งหน้างาน (Erection) ให้เป็นไปตามแบบ มาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนดของโครงการ

ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายก่อสร้าง QA/QC และผู้รับเหมา พร้อมตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานเชื่อม งาน Bolt Connection วัสดุ และความถูกต้องของโครงสร้างหลังติดตั้ง รวมถึงติดตามความก้าวหน้าและจัดทำเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เหมาะสำหรับวิศวกรที่มีประสบการณ์ Steel Structure ในโครงการโรงไฟฟ้า 5 ปีขึ้นไป และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
