Responsibilities

- จัดทำและควบคุมแผนงานก่อสร้างของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและกำหนดการ

- จัดทำ Master Schedule, Baseline Schedule และ Detailed Schedule

- ติดตามและประเมินความก้าวหน้าของงานก่อสร้าง พร้อมเปรียบเทียบ Planned Progress vs. Actual Progress

- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน

- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของความล่าช้า (Delay Analysis) และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข

- จัดทำและติดตาม Recovery Plan / Catch-up Plan กรณีงานล่าช้ากว่าแผน

- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายก่อสร้าง ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- จัดทำ S-Curve, Progress Measurement และ Schedule Analysis

- สนับสนุนการวางแผนทรัพยากร เช่น กำลังคน วัสดุ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์

- เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ และนำเสนอข้อมูลด้าน Planning ต่อผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง

Qualifications

- อายุไม่เกิน 55 ปี

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Planning Engineer / Project Planning / Project Control ในโครงการก่อสร้าง

- มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือโครงการ EPC จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำ Construction Schedule และ Project Schedule

- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Primavera P6 ได้เป็นอย่างดี

- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ในการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานได้

- มีความสามารถในการติดตามและวิเคราะห์ความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ

- สามารถจัดทำ Progress Report และเอกสารด้าน Project Control ได้

- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและความล่าช้าของโครงการ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้
