Responsibilities
1. Responsible for electrical engineering management at the project site, including electrical equipment installation, cable laying, system commissioning, quality control, safety management, and schedule control. Review electrical construction plans, construction drawings, and technical documents.
2. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction contractors to resolve technical issues arising at the project site.
3. Supervise contractors to ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, project requirements, and relevant standards.
4. Review electrical engineering quantities and manage site instructions, field variation records, and engineering changes.
5. Organize electrical equipment delivery inspections and acceptance, installation inspections, commissioning acceptance, and defect rectification activities.
6. Participate in the preparation of project construction plans and monitor their implementation to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
7. Coordinate communication and technical interfaces among the client, supervision consultants, design institutes, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors.
8. Assist the Project Manager in carrying out various management activities throughout project execution.
9. Be responsible for organizing and archiving electrical engineering construction records, commissioning reports, acceptance documents, and project completion documents.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power System and Automation, Automation, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in power EPC projects, including power transmission and substation, solar photovoltaic, wind power, and energy storage projects, with the ability to independently resolve technical issues at project sites.
3. Familiar with the principles of primary and secondary electrical systems, as well as the installation and commissioning requirements for transformers, switchgear, cables, relay protection systems, grounding systems, and other related equipment.
4. Familiar with relevant codes and standards, and knowledgeable about electrical engineering construction, inspection and acceptance, and quality management procedures.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant office and professional software, with the ability to review engineering drawings and prepare technical documents.
6. Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and prepare technical documents in English and independently participate in meetings with clients and contractors.
7. Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to work at project sites and undertake short-term business trips.
8. Holders of relevant professional licenses or certifications are preferred.
